You will find the house to be perfectly clean, relaxing, quiet and with the most beautiful views of the lake. Great place to have a family vacation to accommodate a lot of people! I wish I could live here all the time. You feel calm and at peace for weeks after spending time at the Drawbridge House!!! You are also close to Canada which is a great plus for a fun day trip!

Beautiful home on a large property. Private dock access was amazing and the fishing was great. My son spent hours enjoying it. The scenery was like a painting. The homeowners thought of everything from games for a rainy day to literature about the surrounding area and its history. They even told us the best local places to visit for all of our needs. I hated leaving, but I look forward to coming back.

About us

5We purchased this house in 2016 and have renovated it to make the environment comfortable and welcoming for guests. Some of the improvements include:  updated bedrooms, new lighting, new dock, landscaping, multiple moorings and a new deck on the south side of the house. We are offering weekly, week-end and daily rentals. All amenities the house has to offer are available to guests so you don't just get a room but a beach with lake access, yard, kitchen, family room, sunporch, deck, laundry, etc. Contact Cindy at 860-428-0953 for availability.

> King Room Suite - $125/night

The following pictures are our best attempt to show what you will encounter during your stay at Drawbridge House; but they pale in comparison to experiencing it. We have 250 feet of lake frontage, private beach and our lake water is crystal clear. It’s just a 35 minute scenic drive to Church Street in Burlington. Montreal Canada is an hour drive and Canadian border just 20 miles away. There is so much to do here: local brewery tours, hiking the various Green Mountains and Adirondacks, biking on the path that goes by the front of the house, great restaurants, water sports and year-round fishing. The most spectacular thing about visits here are the sunrises, sunsets and lake views present on sunny as well as gray days.
